Weight transition

So far so good, I feel better being more active, even if its not for that long, and I feel Im able to do more things. Although I said Id be weighing in once a week, I did check just to make sure progress was being seen and I dropped 3lbs last Tuesday, so my actual weigh in is  Wed. So who know what I have accomplished so far. I do get one day a week to treat myself which is Sunday probably a crappy day for it to be but its too late to change that now. I get my first Colonic next week hopefully. It’ll def be different. My first time, and since its my first its a total of 85 dollars, but why not? Its healthy and eliminates all the nasty toxins in your intestines, and you drop anywhere from 3-7 lbs depending whats all backed up in there. They say you should do it 2-3 times a week, but Im new to it so Ill start by doing it once a week. Its all natrual if anyone would like info on it, let me know and I will gladly give it to you. Location is Overland park, and its pretty cheap and at a relaxing place, like a spa so you feel relaxed and comfortable. They also do stone massages, sea salt massages etc for cheap as well, and you get 5 off your first visit. Weight transition

Okay, not a lot of people read this, but for this of you who will or do. My names Shelby and its getting pretty close to summer. And well as every girl, its bikni and pool time. Between now and June 1st, My goal is to lose 35-40 lbs. By eliminating Alcohol, Sugar, red meat, Deli meat, and by adding lots of water to my diet. And by cutting all my meals. By having more ‘small snacks’ every two hours, instead of 3 meals a day, and by doing zumba and taebo. Between 30-40 min workouts Ill be able to accomplish a lot. I will post pics of my progress starting tomorrow. Also, of course shakes to help with muscle.

Week 1 of The New Life

Been awhile since I tumbled, and Im back. Probably will be good for me to start getting back out into the social world again. Just hate the drama that comes with it. I have realized my life is in for a quick and better change, I’ll need the people I never thought I’d need again, and the support I never had to continue to fight for my happiness. Realizing life is better, then I make it, was something HUGE for me to see..While Im in the mix, my advice for everyone this week, is to live and leggo. The faster, the easier life will be for you, and the people who surround you.
